Meh...I am beginning a new life. I am eating healthy, I am doing work, and I am actually starting work ahead of the day before it's due. I'm not sleeping though-not gonna get too crazy. Day One of Joy's New Life has gone fairly well. I am pleased. Cucumbers are yummy. XD

So...about this here Trigun movie. I really want to know the basic plot beyond Vash vs. Wolfwood! You know, not spoilers or anything, but anything beyond that sentance? At least Wolfwood's going to be in it. I can die happy now. Well, fairly happy anyway, since I am indeed, never fully happy. XD

Um...I think that was about it. Just thought that I'd let you guys know what's going on.

I got my ears pierced again (third hole for all of you who haven't been keeping up with my crazy habits). That makes-two ear piercings, one hair dye, and one tattoo of my freshman year in college. I shudder to think of what I'm going to do by graduation. Perhaps I'll just chop off a random body part to be completely different. That sounds like a wonderful idea. I think that I'll do it.

-throwing quotes out as fast as you can knowing that they'll have the exact response

-threatening to beat your best friend upside the head because she keeps on making you laugh when you're getting a tattoo

-having your best friend be there to hold your hand when you're getting a tattoo

-the perfect bittersweet agony of knowing that this is the last afternoon you'll get to spend with your best friend.

In other news, I got a tattoo and Reese is leaving next week. Yes, those two are related.

10 Things that Actually Happened to Me on My Very First College Spring Break
(So Far)

1. Caught the plague. Damn you Traci/Erica.
2. Was propositioned. Did not take him up on it.
3. Went on one of our famous late-night Dairy Queen Denny's runs. Proceeded to run about the restaurant with Sara, Erica, Travis, and Curtis like a crazy woman. Was glared at by the manager.
4. Drove around Roanoke with Murphy riding shotgun. I love my dog.
5. Had a cup full of Pepsi thrown at me. (In my defense, Erica told me to put the lemon juice in Traci's cup and I had no idea that she'd take it so seriously.
6. Recieved v. nasty burn from the fryers. Skin growing back nicely.
7. Danced in the rain. Exacerbated plague.
8. Almost burned down house due to tragic oven accident. Whoopsie.
9. Wrote 15+ pages of various projects.
10.Watched entirely too many ghost shows. Am more cynical than ever and am in love with bad Discovery Channel actors.

Expect update with surprising dramatic turn of events in this otherwise Dairy Queen infested Spring Break. Will say no more here for fear of jinxing event.

So I just realized that it's been a while since I put anything of substance in here. Life is going well, a little hectic, but that's only to be expected. I applied for an RA job and I really hope that I get it, seeing as I want it and it'll be fun-not to mention solve a hella lot of my problems about next year. The only thing that I'm not looking forward to is being separated from all the friends that I've made here-I'm not the greatest at staying in touch with people and even though we'll still be on the same campus, hell, we won't be more than a few minutes away from each other it'll still be missing the spontaneity that we have now. I'm just really afraid that I'm going to lose them all next year and I'll go back to middle school again-huzzah for having no friends whatsoever. XD

Meh. I've been trying to write more, but alas, the world conspires against me, what with being broke and not flunking out of school, something that I'm trying very hard not to do. Plus, Mom said that if I get a 4.0 this semester she'll fund a Myrtle Beach trip and buy me a puppy! Hooray! I want a Doberman. I think I'll name him Wolfwood and he will kick ass. And I will be a happy mofo.

I really don't think that there's much of anything else that I can get into now-nothing really awe-inspiring's happened, unless you look at the fact that OUR ENTIRE CAMPUS COULD HAVE BURNED DOWN, but that's not really that important is it? It all turned out to be a whole pile of nothing-just one huge dumping ground for nada, and that kind of made me sad. I get the frantic phone call and everything and I'm all ready with my car parked and throwing bags into it like we're some kind of fugitives...and nothing. Not pleased, but oh well, what are you going to do, eh?

I just realized that half these sentances are probably run-ons. If they are, I crave indulgence because it's 2 in the morning and I become unimpressive at this time.

(Tara and Jamie would make the point that I am unimpressive most of the time, but who wants to listen to them? XD)

Well...I guess that's it. Just wanted to check in and make sure that everyone knew that I was still totally alive. XD

So um...wow. It's been forever since I posted here. Sorry about that guys. Just a short little Sirius/Remus drabble today, and an explanation-I will not be updating as much as I used to (which really wasn't often at all) because it turns out that there's actual work involved in college. Who would have thought. So very sorry about that, but seeing as Mom and Dad are being so very generous in paying for the majority of school, it really would be rather horrible if I paid them back by flunking out.

So sorry!

And then an explanation for the drabble as well: this one is personal, probably the most personal thing I've ever written (therefore, I hope it really doesn't suck.). oooookay...so it's been a rather long time since I've updated. A new chapter's up, and this one really marks an entire turn-around in the entire story. For so long we've had David as the pursuer, and Kendra as his prey. Now it's going to do a complete 180 and Kendra's going to be running after David now.

Summer's coming soon? No more school?

Soo...still no update on chapters, but some good news: I did find my pendrive!!!!! Yay. I was pretty excited. I was going through piles of crap that I had in my car and it fell out from between some old papers of my Dad's that he still hasn't gotten out. Silly man. So I haven't lost anything, which is pretty exciting.

Last Thursday was the end of the term, so yay I suppose. I'm just getting over the death flu which hit me on my DAY OFF (figures, doesn't it?) so I'm trying to get my grades up this quarter so that colleges will actually look at me. Argh. Life gets so very complicated sometimes.

Just another short little update to let you know how life's going. Not very much point I'm afraid.

So um...Joy's pendrive is definitely MIA. V. sad. I've calmed down from where I was, which was basically screaming, crying, and having a breakdown. I'm looking for it tomorrow to make sure that I didn't leave it in school and I'm already going online and saving everything that I can get my hands on. It's not going to be the same as it was, but it's going to have to do until I either get a new one, or find the old one.

So yeah, just wanted to let you know that in case you get upset with me because I don't update for a while. Joy's forgetfulness PWNED her.

I just saw Pride and Prejudice...oh my goodness. Soooooo incredibly good. It was pretty close to the novel and the things that they changed I didn't really mind. All I'm ever going to want is Mr. Darcy. If my boyfriend does not ever conform to his standards them I will quite frankly have to dump him. The guy that played him in the movie is a hottie as well. Nice eye candy. XD
